Introducing Encore, featuring Thermo-Spot™ technology, a visual heat indicator built into the non-stick surface to signal when the pan is pre-heated to optimum temperature to begin cooking. This 10 piece cookware set includes 7.5" saute pan, 10" saute pan, 1qt. sauce pan and lid, 2qt. sauce pan and lid, 5.3qt. dutch oven & lid, spatula and spoon. Each has taller and deeper sidewalls to prevent spills, and greater capacity with more cooking surface area for perfect larger quantity sauteing. Encore cookware is made from durable, high-gloss porcelain enamel or mirror-like metallic exteriors that will not crack, chip, or peel. Genuine T-Fal non-stick interior is designed for use with metal cooking utensils. The matte, ergonomic, solid, color-matched bakelite handles stay cool during use, and the new, modern, graphite/copper printed Ultrabase pattern on the base allows for efficient heat distribution. The lids are stainless steel with easy to hold, oval shaped, steam vented knobs for controlled cooking. Compatible with all stovetops (excluding induction) and oven safe up to 350°F/175°C.
