But putting the design on a 218-inch length, 122-inch wheelbase, 4,247 lb car resulted in a look that buyers either loved or hated. Because GM had to meet stricter emission standards, the 455 cu. in. engine was de-tuned down to 315 hp and the top speed dropped to 120 mph. A similar model of this car was used in the Clint Eastwood film "Thunderbolt and Lightfoot." At 1:18 scale, this replica measures approximately 9 inches long.
