Metal hangers are extra long (23") and extra thick (5/16") to distribute weight of big loads safely over a larger area of frame. Accepts a variety of standard 2" ball mounts (sold separately)�allows easy adjustment of ball height. Compensates for oversized tires and springs that lift vehicle high off the ground. V-5 rated�meets or exceeds SAE standards. 15,000-lb. gross trailer weight and 1,500-lb. tongue weight (figures based on use with weight-distributing hitch, which is sold separately); 7,500-lb. gross load capacity and 750-lb. tongue weight when used as a frame hitch.
