Shock/penetration-resistant injection-molded thermoplastic outer shell with one-piece helmet/chin-bar design for strength plus large window for unobstructed peripheral vision. Contoured, foam-padded expanded polystyrene inner shell helps reduce impacts, improves comfort and minimizes high-speed wobble. Soft perforated gray nylon lining. Chin bar has molded-in upper wind deflector/mouth guard and is fully padded and lined with black vinyl. Padded neck roll has comfortable black vinyl lower panel. Extra padding in cheek area. Painted Finish. Outer shell is sanded smooth, then painted with high-gloss paint. Tough clear polyurethane top coat prevents scratches and ensures easy soap and water cleanups.
