Shell is sanded smooth, finished with premium-grade paint and then protected with tough, high-gloss clear acrylic for lasting good looks and easy soap and water cleanups. A special flat clear acrylic coat is used on flat black helmet. The contoured polystyrene inner shell is foam padded and lined with sweat-resistant black nylon for comfort, good looks. Features smooth black rubber trim and black nylon chin straps with chrome-plated "D" rings. Extended cutaway sides and open-ear harness ensure unimpaired hearing and less chance of that "closed-in" feeling.
