TROOPER-STYLE LOW-PROFILE HALF HELMET Replacement black visor sold separately Refer to HELMET SIZING CHART B (see below) Aerodynamically designed and balanced for comfortable wear without high-speed wobble�in 4 great colors! 1-pc. injection-molded outer shell is penetration resistant and impact absorbent. Shell is sanded smooth, finished with premium-grade paint and then protected with tough, high-gloss clear acrylic for lasting good looks and easy soap and water cleanups. A special flat clear acrylic coat is used on flat black helmet. The contoured polystyrene inner shell is foam padded and lined with sweat-resistant black nylon for comfort, good looks. Features smooth black rubber trim and black nylon chin straps with chrome-plated "D" rings. Extended cutaway sides and open-ear harness ensure unimpaired hearing and less chance of that "closed-in" feeling. For greatest comfort, ear-area harness is padded and covered in brushed nylon (matches helmet interior). Black leather-like vinyl outer trim on the ear harness is the perfect finishing touch. UNIVERSAL AND HEAVY-DUTY CYCLE DRIVE CHAINS Pre-stretched to minimize initial stretch Choose universal or heavy-duty (refer to chart at left for how to measure replacement chain) Solid roller-drive chains with strong-heat treated, shot-peened components Include the master link and require breaking for a custom fit (chain breaker not included). Order by chain size (usually found on master link) and number of links. How To Determine Number of Chain Links: There's an easy way to find out using any of the 3 methods below. For greatest accuracy, it's best to start counting at the master connecting link. Marking that link will prevent double counting. Remember, the number of links will always be an even number. Count all rollers. The number of rollers equals number of links. Count all pins on one side of chain. The number of pins equals number of links. Starting with the master connecting link (counted as "1"), count all outer side plates on one side of chain.
