Open area gap under plenum allows free airflow to keep intake charge denser and cooler for more power and torque. Rear water crossover passage. For street, use 600 CFM vacuum secondary carburetors; for performance/racing, use 750-800 CFM performance or double-pumper carb. A direct replacement to stock manifold. Street-legal part for 1965-66 Shelby Mustang with 289 CID V8 and OEM carb. Features 2 distributor hold-downs and cast-in bosses for nitrous nozzles and corner water outlets.
