Injection-molded outer shell is made of specially modified polycarbonate alloy to absorb impacts and resist penetration. Contoured to fit 1-pc. polystyrene inner shell absorbs any residual shocks. Outer shell is sanded smooth, then painted with high-grade paint in high-gloss colors. Super-fine flakes create metallic colors for a deep, lustrous finish. Painted finish is protected by a tough clear polyurethane coating. Comfortable EPS foam interior is lined with stain and sweat-resistant plush gray microfiber nylon. Super-thick ear padding reduces noise. Easy soap and water cleanups.
