Hard ABS back reinforces bag for shape retention. Plastic wheel-side back doubles as a 1-pc. inner frame to safely hold heavier loads. Soft black felt lining protects stored gear. Large top opening, with sewn-in stiffeners, ensures easy interior access. 3-1/2"H wraparound flaps on 3 sides of lid help secure and protect gear. Include two 2-3/8" diam. red self-adhesive reflectors for use if bags obscure existing side marker reflectors. Sold in pairs. Important Mounting Note for Universal Bolt-on Installation: Installation (1) requires drilling of wheel-side ABS plastic back of bag; (2) may require drilling of fender; (3) may require repositioning of turn signal. If bike has fender support struts and/or saddlebag supports, it may be possible to use existing mounting hardware and avoid drilling fender. Mounting hardware is not included, except for back-up fender support washers. Exact positioning of bags plus fabrication of mounting brackets and/or spacers needed for custom fit is left to you. For easiest and fastest custom-fit installation, saddlebag support brackets (sold separately) are recommended.
